March 28 (Bloomberg) — Boeing Co. agreed to buy Vought Aircraft Industries Inc.’s interest in a South Carolina venture that assembles parts for the 787 Dreamliner, seeking to fix supply-chain issues that threaten to delay the plane a third time. Terms weren’t disclosed.
